How corrections work
The Arrow Index is a register of record. When a practitioner or official knows something the register doesn't, there is one formal path for getting it in, and every accepted correction is published, versioned, and attributed to a release.
How to submit
Every entry in the index carries a “flag this entry” link. Use it to report a wrong date, a wrong direction, a mischaracterized change, or an entry that should not be in the register at all.
Practitioners: if you have filed under a change we haven't recorded, submit it. Include the jurisdiction, what changed, and a link or reference to the official document. Submissions with a source land fastest.
How we review reports
Every report is reviewed against the official source record. A correction is accepted when the source document supports it. Nothing in the register is edited in place: accepted corrections are recorded through the same audited write path as every other entry, so the register keeps its full history.
When it lands
Accepted corrections ship in the next monthly release and are noted in the changelog. Because releases are immutable, a figure cited against an earlier release stays exactly as it was published; the correction becomes part of the record going forward.
