Frequently asked questions.

Once you create an Arrow account, your firm receives a unique URL (your Arrow "SmartLink"). At the close of an engagement with a client, you share your firm's SmartLink and your client enrols themselves in a couple of minutes. Your clients give Arrow a few key details about themselves — including citizenship, visa or residency type, visa expiration date — and from that moment they're covered. Every alert your past clients receive points back to your firm.

Every plan includes the ability to invite up to 1,000 past clients to Arrow — so long as invites are sent within the first 7 days of your plan. Past clients receive three complimentary months of Arrow, funded by us, and they never count against the number of seats in your plan. Should clients sign up and choose to remain with Arrow, they have the option to continue on their own at $15 a month.

You invite past clients to sign up with Arrow. Only clients that accept your invite count towards your plan. When a client naturalizes, leaves the country or no longer requires monitoring, their spot reopens automatically and you can cover someone else. Past clients invited through the kickoff offer never count.

Complete control. Every alert is queued in your portal for 12 hours before it reaches the client. You can review and freeze any pending alert with one click. Should you like, you also have the option to add additional comments to the alert your past clients receive.

No. Arrow is a policy-monitoring service, not a law firm. Every alert flags a change in plain language, cites the official government source behind it, and never advises on a client's specific case — it routes that question straight back to your firm.

Absolutely not. Your clients are yours. Your clients hear from Arrow only when an immigration policy change may be relevant to them.

Clients own their data. Arrow processes it to deliver personalized alerts. Firms see only the clients they've shared Arrow with and only the alerts those clients have received.

No. Arrow sits on top of whatever runs your practice — Clio, Docketwise, eImmigration, Manifest OS and the rest. Nothing to install, nothing to integrate, nothing to migrate.

No. Arrow is complementary to whatever CRM system you may be using. CRM systems are general-purpose tools that require oversight. Arrow is a purpose-built tool for immigration firms that works silently in the background. Beyond the initial set up, Arrow requires zero oversight and only alerts your past clients whenever there is an opportunity to surface additional legal work.

Arrow monitors official immigration authorities across 100+ jurisdictions worldwide — primary government sources only, never news or blogs.

Every plan includes a 90-day money-back guarantee — paid up front, fully refundable. No contracts, cancel anytime. If Arrow hasn't earned its place in your practice by day ninety, we refund every dollar you've paid.
